altek Leo preview

This is a global GSM phone. Can be used with T-Mobile, United States and at and t, but without 3 G.

Introduction and design:

The first Android phone from Altek, one of the largest OEM/camera makers (ODM) for companies such as HP, Kodak, Olympus, and is expected of a camera phone. And we want to use the word with its literal meaning-altek Leo reminds us more than a small point-and-shoot camera, instead of a smartphone.

Nevertheless, it is exactly Leo-your mobile phone running Android, who happen to have a 14MP Auto focus camera with Flash light of-assist, Xenon flash and 3 x optical zoom lens. During a preview of our first impression from the original design was that it is quite thick for the modern smartphone templates in 0.25 "(15.5 mm), but not heavy in 4.94 oz (140 g).

Thickness is, of course, is mainly due to the optical zoom lens mechanism above 14MP sensor. It is every time the camera or video camera apps starts, or when you press the dedicated camera button on the right side of the phone (or I should say at the top of the camera). There are also you can find key shutter speed, optical zoom wheel and the volume rocker. Top hosts button, and power/lock underneath microUSB port is (or should we say left and right side of the camera, we are confused now). The phone's pages, covered with a silver plastic band.

You can compare altek Leo with many other phones using our visualization tool size. Show Leo altek is a touchscreen capacitive 3.2 "with the generous size 480 x 800 pixels resolution, which makes the image look very sharp. It is also above average brightness, which is useful when you are designing your images.

Under the screen is four navigation buttons physical Android travel itinerary in a row, and that it is easy to find and press the key. Side of the screen is glossy black plastic, while the page is still plastic, but Matt brushed metal appearance and with it also serves as a battery cover.

In the main proceedings, however, is in progress on the back, where we have a great camera module and the adjacent Xenon flash, spans more than one-third of the space, advice for gallantry photograph of phone.
